Our Mission Statement
We deliver creative logistics solutions through a dynamic mix of human ingenuity and innovative technology, enriching the lives of those we serve.
In 1979, Ed and Deana Banning decided to take a leap of faith and start a business called “Trinity Transport.” They ran the company for 12 years before taking an even larger leap of faith, selling the majority of the company to their children in the early 1990’s. At this time, their children were aged 23, 21, 18, and 16.
Ed and Deana’s oldest son, Jeff Banning, became President & CEO of the company in 1991. In 2012, Trinity Transport changed its name to Trinity Logistics, to reflect its growth to a top third-party logistics (3PL company). Today, Trinity Logistics has nearly 300 Team Members in five Regional Service Center locations and 100 agent offices.
Despite the growth, the Banning family was adamant on protecting the Guiding Values of the company, keeping the culture of servant leadership alive.
In 2017, the Banning Family made the decision to keep the legacy of the company alive, by becoming a Team Member Owned Company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Trinity’s decision to become a Team Member Owned Company was an exciting transition for the Banning family as they remain very much involved with the future of Trinity Logistics.
This is very exciting for Trinity’s Team Members and our future Team Members, as the future truly belongs in those dedicated to #beteamtrinity.

Our Guiding Values
At Trinity Logistics, our company culture revolves around a set of guiding values that our team members live by every single day. These eight values are the core of our culture, our team, and the service we provide. Whether it’s in our interactions with customers, carriers, or each other, these values hold true in everything we do. They are the cornerstone of our culture and the reason we are so vibrantly and refreshingly different from our competitors.
