You need to get paid fast in order to keep your business moving. That’s why we offer payment options through TriumphPay to suit your needs – quick pay in two business days approved by TriumphPay and regular pay in 24 business days. Need to switch it up? Quick pay all invoices, several invoices, or one invoice at a time. You can choose Quick pay when you want, at any time. You’ll never have to question whether or not you’ll actually get paid. You can count on our reputation and rely on the income you’ll make growing your business with Trinity.

During shipments, you have the option of what tracking tool you want to use: Macropoint, TruckerTools, or Fourkites. And easily keep track of your invoices and pay with TriumphPay. You may contact our Carrier Relations department at (302)253-0428 or carriercompliance@trinitylogistics.com. We’ll be happy to provide you with your login information.

Our quick pay program with TriumphPay means you’ll receive an ACH deposit directly into your bank account within 2 days from TriumphPay approval. There is a 1.5% fee. If you’re interested in signing up for quick pay, contact Customer Service at (866)TRINITY or customerservice@trinitylogistics.com.

Email it to carrierinvoices@trinitylogistics.com as a .pdf file type (other files types may cause a delay in processing); Mail it to us at Trinity Logistics, Accounts Payable, PO BOX 1620, Seaford, DE, 19973. Fax it to 302-253-0361; Or send it in using TRANSFLO.

All documents from the receiver, such as the carrier invoice, bill of lading, gate pass, overages, shortages, damages, scale ticket, and lumper fees should be sent to our billing department. You can mail it, email it, fax it in, or use TRANSFLO.

Once you are registered with Trinity, you gain access to thousands of available shipments. We arrange over 30,000 loads per month, and it would be our pleasure to help you to reposition or bring home your equipment. On our load board, you’re able to search by equipment type, dates, pick-up and destination states, and more!

Our loads are continuously being updated and we do our best to keep the most accurate load board available and ready for you. It’s not out of the ordinary for carriers who have developed a relationship with us to contact an office and accept a load before it has even been posted on the load board. As you are building a relationship with us, you can also reach out to your contact and be considered as an early pick for an available load!

This could happen for a variety of reasons. You might have missing or illegible paperwork; the load number is not written on each document, or the load number written is incorrect; the bill of lading is not signed; we’re missing your carrier invoice; or we’re missing other signatures or information. Please contact our Customer Service department at (866) TRINITY or customerservice@trinitylogistics.com, and we’ll be happy to help you figure out which pieces of information are missing.
