Our onboarding process is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re ready to start moving freight or need time to get familiar with Trinity’s systems and Teams first, we work together to make a timeline that works best for your business.

Onboarding consists of gaining access to all of our systems and resources available, training for your team on Trinity’s TMS, and introductions to all of the Trinity Teams.

And after onboarding, your support doesn’t just stop. As your agency grows, we continue connecting you with the people, services, transportation modes, and resources that can help your business move forward.
