Trinity Logistics was established in 1979 in Cambridge, Maryland by Ed Banning and his wife, Deana. As Trinity Logistics grew, a decision to move to a larger location in Bridgeville, Delaware was made.

In 2007, after experiencing continued growth, Trinity’s corporate headquarters moved to its present location Seaford, Delaware.
