This person will be your go-to and will learn your company’s needs and goals to work with you, determining how we can best serve your business to foster success.
As you onboard, you’ll find we have a fast and efficient credit check process so you won’t have to wait long to get your shipments moving. You’ll quickly learn more about our custom and industry-leading technologies, as well as our scale to deliver you the buying power you need to ensure your loads ship with the perfect carriers for your freight.
Getting Freight Quotes
Getting freight quotes for your upcoming shipment(s) from Trinity Logistics is quick and easy.
Through a combination of industry expertise, automated communications with our carrier relationships, and AI/ML pricing models, we ensure that you’ll receive first-rate service at the best price for your load.
Have a shipment that you need to ship less-than-truckload (LTL)? We make it super easy for you to view quotes and book anytime with our automated quoting and booking tool in our Customer Portal. You can choose to ship with Trinity pricing or even bring over your own pricing.
Want your quoting to be even quicker? When you integrate with us via EDI or API, you can get real-time truckload and LTL rates sent automatically to your system.
Booking Your Shipments
We know everyone likes to work differently, which is why we’re able to support you in whatever way you need to book your shipments. Call, e-mail, text your Trinity expert, or integrate directly via EDI or API to tender your shipments and send us loads effortlessly from your TMS or ERP. The only way we won’t accept tenders is via carrier pigeon.
Now let’s talk fraud because it’s a reality in this industry. We aim to stay educated and on the front lines to keep your business from getting affected. Our carrier onboarding and vetting processes use industry-leading technology to combat freight fraud like double-brokering. We also work with multiple vendors and custom technology to validate and ensure carrier identity, safety, and viability. It’s why Trinity aims to build strong relationships with quality carriers to ensure your freight is not only booked with real, reliable carrier companies, but that you receive the best service, too.
Shipment Visibility
We know you seek the comfort of the traveling blue dot. With 97 percent of our shipments being tracked with consistency, you can rest assured that when you want to know where your freight is, you can easily find out.
We work with multiple tracking vendors to ensure you can always know where your freight is on its journey, but that’s not all. Outside of the automated-only tracking, our Trinity experts stay monitoring and following up with the drivers to ensure we know the details of your shipments estimated-time-of-arrival (ETA) and can respond quickly when, and if, needed.
And if that’s not enough? You can take a look for yourself and follow the blue dot throughout its entire journey by checking out the Customer Portal to keep tabs on your freight and even sign up for automated notifications so you never lose sight.
