Women in Trucking Honors Trinity Logistics as a Top Company to Work for in Transportation

Trinity Logistics, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider offering supply chain and freight solutions nationwide, is proud to announce it has once again been named a Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation by the Women In Trucking Association (WIT) for the 7^th consecutive year. This recognition reflects Trinity’s continued dedication to building an inclusive, supportive workplace for women in an industry where they have historically been underrepresented. 

Each year, WIT honors companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to gender diversity, a positive and inclusive company culture, competitive compensation, flexible work options, and meaningful opportunities for career advancement. This year’s list was determined through a nomination process followed by a nationwide vote among over 30,000 transportation professionals.

Trinity employs over 420 Team Members across six Regional Service Centers, with almost half of them being women. Notably, 14.8 percent of these women hold management or leadership roles, including the current President, Sarah Ruffcorn, who also serves as Co-Chair of the Women in Logistics Committee with the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), continuing her advocacy for women in the logistics industry.
